Arrival & Check-In

On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the code for the key box in which you can find the keys to your Alpina Holiday Apartment.

Upon arrival, just enter the key code in the key box to retrieve your keys.

Check-in times: Your accommodation will be ready for you from 15:00.

Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible, as our cleaning staff needs this time to prepare your holiday home for you.

Check-out times: On your departure day, we ask you to leave your accommodation by 10:00 am.

Returning the key: At the end of your holiday, please put the keys back in the key box and lock it. Please do NOT put the keys in the letterbox.

The code for the key box is valid during your entire stay until your departure.

Did you separate the rubbish and disposed of it in the bins?

Did you pack or dispose of food and drinks?

Did you pack your personal belongings?

Did you switch off all appliances and lights?

Did you lock all windows and doors?

Did you check whether there are any damages and if yes - have you reported them?

Last but not least: Did you write down your personal discount code?
