Booking, prices & enquiries
All payments are processed automatically via the selected payment method and nothing more needs to be paid on site. If payments are still outstanding, we will contact you.
If you book via our website , you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
If you book via a booking platform, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
After the free cancellation period has expired, the total priceis due, even in the event of cancellation. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, death, etc.) even after the cancellation deadline.
The total price for the stay is the accommodation price, a flat rate for the final cleaning and rental linen and the local tax per person per night.
If the number of travellers changes after booking, or if the number of travellers generally does not match the number of people in the booking, please contact us so that we can enter the new number of people in the booking.
Yes, a deposit of €300 must be paid for each stay. The process is as follows:
1) Deposit of a credit card on the digital, personal information page (link in the booking confirmation)
* Ensure that the credit card does not refuse the transaction (e.g. due to a maximum limit, expiry date exceeded)
* For the verification of the credit card, a cent amount is debited and credited back to the credit card
2) Automatic debit of the deposit 2 days before arrival
3) Refund of the deposit within 7 days after departure after approval by Alpina Holiday
* The time at which the chargeback is visible depends on the credit card provider
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay the deposit in other ways (e.g. in cash on site).
Mobility & Parking
At least two free parking spaces are available for each Alpina Holiday accommodation.

There are standard power sockets (2.3 kW) in the underground car park, which can be unlocked and used for charging on request.
However, a charging fee of € 30.00 per charge will be charged for activation. Please notify us in good time if you wish to make use of this facility.

E-charging stations are unfortunately not available on site. We recommend the e-charging park in Mittersill.

Arrival and departure
The code for the key box is sent by e-mail or in the chat on the respective booking platform by means of an automated message on the morning of the day of arrival. After entering the correct key code in the key box, the keys are ready for collection.
Check-in is possible independently from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Earlier check-in is unfortunately not possible in principle. Should an earlier check-in be possible, you will be contacted by our resort staff.
Check-Out
Check-out is possible until 10:00 am on the day of departure . A later check-out is unfortunately not possible.
Please return the keys to the key box on departure, the code is valid for the duration of your stay.
Please do not put the keys in the letterbox!
If the key to the accommodation has been lost,
1) Search bags, suitcases, clothing and other luggage
2.) Search or enquire at places visited
3) Report the loss to us
Lost keys will be charged at € 100 each.

Yes, you can enjoy the best water quality here.
All Alpina Holiday Apartments have a very well-equipped kitchen with crockery, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, tea towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, bin liners and sponges or sponge cloths.
Kitchen appliances such as oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge (incl. freezer compartment) are available. Details of the coffee machine in the accommodation can be found on the digital personal information page.
Salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, tea, baking paper, aluminium foil, etc. are not automatically provided in the accommodation (unless previous guests have left them in the accommodation).
No, bed linen and two towels (1 bath towel, 70×140 cm, 1 hand towel, 50×100 cm) per person are provided in all Alpina Holiday Apartments.
Yes, in all Alpina Holiday Apartments you can enjoy the fresh mountain air either on the spacious balcony, garden or terrace – usually even with a panoramic view.

Yes, we are happy to provide a cot and/or high chair in any of our Alpina Holiday accommodations on request.
Many of our Alpina Holiday Apartments have a private sauna in the accommodation, but not all. Please check the equipment description for your booked accommodation or the digital information page (link in the booking confirmation) after successfully booking. There you will find all the information and features, including a reference to a sauna, if available.
Hairdryers, toilet paper and hand soap are available in all Alpina Holiday Apartments. There are no other toiletries available.
Yes, free WiFi is available in all accommodation. The access data can be found in the guest folder on site and on the digital, personal information page (link in the booking confirmation).
House rules
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Alpina Holiday Apartments for reasons of hygiene. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all Alpina Holiday accommodation, please use the outside areas for smoking. In case of non-compliance, the deposit may be retained.
We ask that all damage and anomalies, whether self-inflicted or present on arrival, be reported immediately.
If no report is made, it must be assumed that the damage was caused by the current stay.
Yes, the night’s rest applies between 10 pm and 8 am. Please always pay attention to the volume and be considerate of other guests and neighbours. Loud parties or music are not permitted.

Please contact us before your arrival and we can then send you the guest card by e-mail. Please note that the personal details of all travellers must be entered on your personal information page for the guest card to be issued.

No, unfortunately neither lift tickets nor summer cards such as the PillerseeTal Card, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card, the Salzburger Land Card or the National Park Summer Card National Park can be purchased via Alpina Holiday. The cards are available from the respective tourist offices, lift companies or, in some cases, online.
