Everything you need to know about booking your holiday with Alpina Holiday

Booking via Alpina Holiday

Choose your favourite holiday accommodation and book online via our website.

A deposit of 20% of the accommodation price via Stripe.

You will receive your booking confirmation.

35 days before arrival: payment of the outstanding balance (accommodation, cleaning & linen hire, local tax and security deposit).

Enter and save the guest details of all travellers in the digital, personalised guest folder.

Arrival & Check-In

On the morning of your arrival day, we will send you the code for the key box via e-mail.

Upon arrival, just enter the key code at the key box and take the keys to your apartment.

Check-in times: Your accommodation will be ready for you from 15:00.

Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible, as our cleaning staff needs this time to prepare your holiday home for you.

During your stay

If you have a question or a problem during this time, we are be happy to help you any time. Just give us a call or write an e-mail.

Departure & Check-Out

Check-out times: On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your Alpina Holiday Apartment by 10:00 am.

Once you are ready to leave, please put the keys back in the key box and lock it.

The code for the key box is the same as on arrival and is valid for your entire stay in the Alpina Holiday Apartment.

Payment via Alpina Holiday

All payments are processed via the digital, personalised guest folder (via Stripe).

You have to execute the transactions manually.

Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay is payable at the time of booking.

Payment of the outstanding balance: The outstanding balance for the accommodation, cleaning and linen hire, local tax and security deposit (€300) is due 35 days before your arrival.

Security deposit: Refunded within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Seasonal cancellation periods apply, during which a cancellation is free of charge

Summer season (May – November) , cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before the agreed arrival date.
Winter season (December – April), cancellations must be made no later than 30 days before the agreed arrival date.
If the cancellation is made after the applicable cancellation period has expired, a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed total price will be charged. We do generally recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance to cover the cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please provide us with the contact information and personal data of all travelers on your personal digital information page prior to your arrival. Alpina Holiday is obliged and authorised to collect your personal data for the purpose of submitting the residence tax.

Kitchen appliances (oven, hob, fridge, etc.), crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are available in your Alpina Holiday apartment.

The number of chairs always corresponds to the maximum occupancy in the flat.

There are no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo,...) in the flat.

We provide you with 2 towels per person (1 shower towel, 70x140 cm, 1 hand towel, 50x100 cm).

Bed linen is provided in the flat.

07

Waste bins are on site. Please make sure you separate your rubbish correctly.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Alpina Holiday Apartments.

09

Smoking is prohibited inside all Alpina Holiday Apartments.
