Everything you need to know about booking your holiday with Alpina Holiday
Before your arrival in the Alpina Holiday Apartments

Choose your favourite holiday apartment and book online on our website.

We will send you a booking confirmation via e-mail, including a link to your personal digital info page.

Enter a credit card on your personal digital info page (if not already done when booking).

Save the guest details of all travelers on your personal digital info page until the day of arrival.

Find all the information about your booked accommodation and activities on your personal digital info page.
Arrival & Check-In

On the morning of your arrival day, we will send you the code for the key box via e-mail.

Upon arrival, just enter the key code at the key box and take the keys to your apartment.

Check-in times: Your accommodation will be ready for you from 15:00.

Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible, as our cleaning staff needs this time to prepare your holiday home for you.
During your stay

Enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

If you have a question or a problem during this time, we are be happy to help you any time. Just give us a call or write an e-mail.
Departure & Check-Out
01
Check-out times: On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your Alpina Holiday Apartment by 10:00 am.

Once you are ready to leave, please put the keys back in the key box and lock it.

The code for the key box is the same as on arrival and is valid for your entire stay in the Alpina Holiday Apartment.
Payment
01
All payments are processed by credit card (MasterCard, Visa).

Transactions are carried out automatically. Please make sure that your credit card is valid and not limited by credit limits.

Deposit: When booking your accomodation online, 10% of the accommodation price is due as a deposit.
04
Payment of the remaining amount: The remaining amount, i.e. 90% of the accommodation price, is due 7 days before your arrival.

The fee for final cleaning, towels and bed linen is due 2 days before your arrival.

The local tax is also due 2 days before your arrival.

Deposit: A deposit of € 300 is also due 2 days before arriving at your Alpina Holiday Apartment. We will return the deposit within 7 days of your departure.

You can also pay via bank transfer - should you wish to use this payment method, please contact us well in advance.
Cancellation period
Changes or cancelations are free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
If you wish to cancel or change your booking later than 10 days before the planned arrival date, 100% of the total price is due. We do generally recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance to cover the cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please provide us with your personal information and contact details before arrival
Please provide us with the contact information and personal data of all travelers on your personal digital information page prior to your arrival. Alpina Holiday is obliged and authorised to collect your personal data for the purpose of submitting the residence tax.

Kitchen appliances (oven, hob, fridge, etc.), crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are available in your Alpina Holiday apartment.
03
The number of chairs always corresponds to the maximum occupancy in the flat.

There are no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo,...) in the flat.

We provide you with 2 towels per person (1 shower towel, 70x140 cm, 1 hand towel, 50x100 cm).

Bed linen is provided in the flat.
07
Waste bins are on site. Please make sure you separate your rubbish correctly.
08
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Alpina Holiday Apartments.
09
Smoking is prohibited inside all Alpina Holiday Apartments.
